About Michele

I’m the woman who gets it — sitting right beside you.

I’m not a social media guru. I’m the friend who has been through it, knows exactly what makes you hesitate, and won’t let you spend another year just thinking about it.

Before TikTok

I’ve spent my career helping people believe they could do more.

Long before I started creating on TikTok, I spent more than a decade opening and supporting fitness studios across the country — building teams, training leaders, and coaching business owners through the very real fears that come with putting themselves, and their businesses, out into the world.

I helped people take big ideas and turn them into something real. I taught teams how to communicate, sell with confidence, lead people, and keep moving when things felt uncomfortable or uncertain.

I became very good at seeing potential in other people before they could see it in themselves. But for a long time, I was most comfortable doing that from behind the scenes.

My turn

Then I had to face my own fear of being visible.

For most of my career, I was the person helping someone else press play. Then I realized I was asking women to trust themselves, take risks, and move forward while I was still hiding from something I deeply wanted to do.

I wanted to create. I wanted to share my stories. I wanted to build something that belonged to me. But I spent almost a year scrolling TikTok and watching other women do the very thing I was afraid to begin.

Eventually, I started creating in my 50s — without a beautiful studio, without a perfect niche, and without having everything figured out first. It was awkward. I deleted so many videos. I worried about how I looked, what people I knew would think, and whether anyone would care what I had to say.

And then, slowly, I became someone who could press Record without needing permission. That first post didn’t make me fearless. It proved that fear didn’t have to make the decision.

Why CREATOR50+

Both sides of the screen — brought together.

I know how to coach someone through uncertainty, break an overwhelming goal into manageable steps, and help her keep going when her confidence disappears.

And I also know what it feels like to sit on the other side of the screen — wanting to be visible but feeling completely frozen.

That is why I created CREATOR50+. Not to teach you how to chase trends or become someone louder. To help you trust your voice, learn the basics, and finally begin.

What I believe

You do not need to become someone else to be worth watching.

You already have stories, taste, wisdom, and experience that younger creators are still trying to earn.

  • You do not need to dance.
  • You do not need to shout.
  • You do not need to have your entire brand figured out before you begin.
  • You just need a place to start, a reason to keep going, and someone beside you who understands why pressing Record can feel like such a big deal.

That’s where I come in.
